Where do your workers come from?+−
We recruit exclusively from Mexico, drawing from a deep network of experienced construction professionals across multiple regions.
What trades do you supply?+−
Masons, block layers, iron workers, concrete specialists, plasterers, tile installers, rebar fabricators, formwork carpenters, and more. If you need a trade not listed, ask us.
Who handles visas and work permits?+−
We do. The entire documentation process is managed by our team, from application through approval.
What documentation comes with each worker?+−
A complete profile including skills assessment results, background check summary, medical clearance, passport and visa copies, signed contract, and insurance documentation.
What if a worker doesn't meet expectations?+−
We replace them. Our screening process minimizes this, but we always have backup candidates ready.
Do I need to provide housing or transportation?+−
This varies by country and contract terms. We'll clarify what's included and what falls on your side during the proposal stage.
Is there a minimum number of workers I can request?+−
No. Whether you need 5 or 500, we'll work with you.
How do you ensure compliance with local labor laws?+−
We process all documentation specific to the destination country's legal framework. Contracts, permits, insurance, and certifications are all verified before deployment.

Language proficiency varies. We can prioritize candidates with English skills if your project requires it. Many workers also pick up basic site communication quickly.
